New World Optics Valley Sales office & Showunits

We were commissioned by New World Development to design the sales office and showunits for their brand new loft style development in Optic Valley, Wuhan.

FACTS

Optics Valley, located in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, is the birthplace of the first optical fiber and proprietary ultra-long-haul optical transmission system in China. Small startup enterprises and international powerhouses have flocked to the metropolis of more than 10 million people, attracted by high-quality talent resources; according to government data, 70 percent of the permanent resident population in Optics Valleys is youth under 30 years old.

INSPIRATIONS

Inspired by household storybook "The Secret Garden", a garden maze is hidden behind a crisp seamless illuminated wall just by showing a hint of green at the sales office. The maze provides a whimsical journey to guide audience through to showunits. Showunits are in rustic style contrasting the clean and modern style sales office.
