As one of Zhuhai’s most significant urban development, Paring Onions collaborated with
international architects 10 Design to work on a public service center.
The 55,000 sqm Industrial Service Centre is located on a prominent site within the Jinwan
Aviation District. It is located in one of the prime locations along the eastern edge of the Jinshan
Lake that forms the heart of the district.
In a near future, the buildings will become not only the center of Zhuhai local civil affairs and
workplace for the government, but also providing an incubation platform for start-up companies
and entrepreneurs. Business incubation is about providing support, resources and networking
opportunities for young business.
